Close Encounter

The question has been around for centuries, are we alone in this Universe or the many galaxies that are known? I'm a science and math type of person so the odds that we are the only intelligent species out there seems impossible given the infinite possibilities in space. I tried to harness these possibilities when designing Close Encounter. The mysteries of space are wrapped up in this piece, so much so that if you look close you might encounter what looks like an Alien in the upper right. I hope this painting draws at your curiosity and intrigue of space and what might be out there.
 
Completed on 18" by 24" heavy watercolor paper. This piece comes signed and dated. It will require matting and framing to hang on the wall.
